Always my choice. Helpful staff found my forgotten things. Has all I want - Wi-Fi, 24-hour service, restaurant, fitness center, pool. No pets, air conditioning, no smoking. Back for Easter!

I recently stayed at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane for a few nights and had a great experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with extra pillows available upon request. The presence of a bath was a bonus, as many hotels only have showers. The hotel staff, especially Dylan, provided exceptional customer service and made our stay memorable. The location was convenient, with easy access to the 3Arena and the docklands. The hotel also offered tea and coffee in the room, which was a nice touch. The staff even provided luggage tags for easy storage after check-out. a spacious and pleasant stay.

I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to the city centre. Stir restaurant had a great selection of food on the menu, and the breakfast served until 11 am was a huge plus. The room I stayed in was spotless and well turned out, and the check-in staff were very helpful and friendly. Additionally, the hotel was close to the Bord Gaia theatre, which was fantastic for entertainment purposes.

One downside was that there was no chair in the restaurant, which made it slightly uncomfortable during meals.

Our hotel was situated in a great location near to city center activities and the popular Ferryman pub, making it convenient to explore the area. The sitting area in the bar was cozy and had a relaxed atmosphere. The restaurant had a good choice for breakfast, and we enjoyed the food. The staff was polite and attentive.

We found the room and bathroom to be small compared to other 4-star hotels we've stayed in. , the service in the restaurant could have been faster, with minimal waiting time for our order.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the city center. It's easy to walk to many attractions and restaurants. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel facilities are excellent. I particularly appreciated having access to the leisure center and the changing rooms were always ready. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and breakfast was delicious.

I had a wonderful stay at Clayton Hotel Cardiff Lane. The staff were incredibly helpful, making check-in and check-out a breeze. Stephen provided great local recommendations and the spacious, clean room exceeded my expectations. The hotel itself is beautiful, with a lovely lobby and a gym that has a wide range of equipment. The luggage storage option allowed me to explore the city before settling in. The bar and restaurant staff, especially John, Anthony, and their manager Paul, were incredibly friendly and made my stay exceptional.

The bar in Grand Canal Dock is the ideal spot to enjoy an array of bites and drinks throughout the day. Imagine relaxing by the water, sipping on a refreshing cocktail, and indulging in some delicious snacks while soaking in the vibrant energy of the city. It's a truly delightful experience, a perfect blend of tranquility and liveliness.

Room was not ready upon arrival.

I chose this hotel for attending a convention because it provides video conferencing facilities in all meeting rooms, making it ideal for hybrid meetings with business associates from anywhere. The new events venue at Dublin's Grand Canal Dock has a capacity for conferences up to 220 and offers state-of-the-art facilities, creating a seamless and successful experience for events.

The only service I missed for my work at this hotel was the availability of dedicated collaborative software for hybrid meetings like Cisco Webex, which would have enhanced the efficiency of my business interactions.

As longer-term business travelers, we loved the pool and jacuzzi, the great selection and friendly hostess at breakfast, the convenient location for the 3 Arena, and the helpful and friendly staff everywhere.

We felt very welcomed, no complaints.

Who needs public transport to sustain the environment? I'd rather contribute to the pollution and inconvenience everyone with my own private car.

I loved the location of this place! It was beside a beautiful canal which was perfect for a calming evening stroll. Here was amazing! Service was fast, and the room had all the amenities I needed. The staff from the reception to the housekeepers were all excellent and attentive. Marco, a young Croatian waiter, was extremely helpful. The leisure facilities were great, and the lounge area was perfect for relaxing.

The warm swimming pool, jacuzzi, sauna, and steam room were a highlight and added an extra level of relaxation to our trip. The location of the hotel was also amazing, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. we had a wonderful stay at Clayton Hotel and would highly recommend it to others.

The pool was a nice way to relax during the holidays. the staff at the gym and swimming pool were exceptional and accommodating, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was also a standout, with great pubs and breakfast places nearby.

There were some drawbacks to our Christmas stay. the check-in process was incredibly slow and the reception staff were unhelpful and seemed incompetent.

I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say, I was very impressed. The location of this place was perfect for me as it was right beside the grand canal, which made for a lovely late evening walk when I didn't want the kids in the city area. Additionally, there were stops for 2 hop-on hop-off buses right nearby, making it super convenient for exploring the city.

I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our family had an absolute blast on the 45-minute boat trip along the iconic River Liffey. The kids were thrilled to see Dublin's main landmarks from a different perspective, and we all enjoyed the entertaining commentary. The family hotel in Dublin offered fantastic deals to suit families big or small, and the convenient location made it easy to explore the nearby outdoor activities, such as the Viking Splash and Dublin Zoo.

My wife says that it would be great if the hotel offered more variety in its room service menu, especially for families with children.
